Proficiency samples are:
- Pooled human urine, assayed for drug concentration by a SAMHSA certified laboratory.
- Packaged in 60 ml sealed bottles.
- Liquid, requiring no reconstitution and are stored at refrigerator temperature until used.
- Designed to meet State regulations, where applicable.
CYCLES Quarterly, sent in Jan., Apr., July and Oct.
CHALLENGES 3 per quarter; 12 per year
REPORTING Performance reports are sent to each client and to their State DOH where applicable.
Price $96 per instrument billed quarterly at the time of shipment (plus S&H)
